Bizvisor is a business-setup consultancy. We help you form and run a business in the UAE and provide related support such as company formation, PRO and government-liaison services, visa and immigration assistance, and accounting and bookkeeping support.
We are not a law firm, a tax advisor, an auditor, or a government body, and we do not provide legal, tax or accounting advice or government services in our own right. Where you need formal legal or tax advice, or where a matter must be decided by a licensing authority, we will help you engage the right professional or authority. Nothing on this website or in our communications is a substitute for professional advice tailored to your situation.
Any prices, packages, quotes or estimates we share — on the website, by message, or in a proposal — are indicative and for general guidance. They may change based on your chosen activity, jurisdiction, shareholding, visa requirements, and the fees set by the relevant authorities at the time of application.
No quote is a binding offer, and no engagement begins simply because you have viewed our website or received an estimate. A formal engagement starts only once we have agreed the scope in writing and you have made the agreed payment. Until then, we are under no obligation to begin work.

Our fees are for the consultancy and support services we provide. Separate from these are third-party fees — government, free zone, authority, bank, medical, translation and similar charges — which are set by those third parties, are payable to them (whether directly or through us), and are outside our control.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, fees are due before the relevant work begins, and third-party fees are payable when the relevant application or step is made. Third-party fees are generally non-refundable once paid to the authority, even if an application is delayed or declined. Refunds of our service fees are handled in line with our Refund Policy.
Any timelines we give are good-faith estimates based on normal processing. Actual timelines, requirements, approvals, licences, visas and permits are decided by the relevant government authorities and free zones, not by Bizvisor.
We do not control and cannot guarantee the outcome, approval or timing of any application, licence, visa, bank account or permit. Authorities may request additional documents, impose conditions, change their fees or rules, or decline an application at their discretion. We will apply our experience to prepare and present your application properly and to keep you informed, but the decision always rests with the authority.
Delivering your setup often involves third parties — government departments, free zone authorities, banks, insurers, medical centres, translators and other partners. We may coordinate with them on your behalf, but they are independent, and their services are governed by their own terms and pricing.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, decisions or charges of these third parties. Where we recommend a partner, we do so in good faith; the choice of whether to use them is yours.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the Bizvisor name and brand, layouts, guides, tools and materials — is owned by or licensed to Bizvisor and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the site for your own, non-commercial purpose of learning about and engaging our services.
